Moloi Resources Company was established by Moss Moloi through his initial entrepreneurial initiative through L M MOLOI Engineering CC formed in 1998. We operate from a premise of striving to structure a balance between people, Technology, Engineering and organizational goals, thus ensuring success for all stakeholders.
With passage of time, the company was consolidated into a resources company in the mining sector of Granite Mining with an intent to diversify in the long term into other commodities and resources sector.
We draw our business expertise and experience based on our current and previous engagements in both public and private sectors of which has resulted in our developing and gaining valuable insight and expertise, vital in running successful business operations within the guidelines of the broader South African experience. We primarily see ourselves as change agents, working together with our clients in their quest to transform and develop their people and organizations, driven by the mission to achieve bottom-line business objectives.
